Terms of Service

These terms apply to your purchase and use of the 14-Day Margin Review (the "Service") from Margin Rescue ("we", "us"). By paying for the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

The Service is a fixed-scope, 14-day review of your business's margin. It includes the deliverables described on our website: a margin map, a ranked opportunity list, pricing and supplier recommendations, a 30 / 60 / 90-day action plan, a leadership walkthrough and a follow-up check-in. The exact scope, data requirements and timetable are agreed with you at the start of the review.

2. Price and payment

The fee is $1,500.00 USD, charged once at checkout. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are processed through Whop. The fee is not a subscription and does not renew.

3. What we need from you

Our analysis depends on the records you give us, such as sales, cost, pricing and supplier data. You agree to provide accurate and reasonably complete information and to make relevant decision-makers available. Timing depends on how quickly this is provided. If data is incomplete, we will say what the review can and cannot support.

4. No guaranteed results

We do not promise any specific saving, profit increase or financial outcome. Our findings and recommendations are based on the information available and are provided for your decision-making. Results depend on your business, the quality of the data, which recommendations you adopt and how your market and operations respond. The Service is not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice.

5. Client area

After payment you get access to a private chat and a live call room on Whop for sharing information and meeting with us. Please keep your access private and do not share it with people outside your business.

6. Confidentiality

We will treat the business information you share with us as confidential, use it only to deliver the Service, and not disclose it to others except where needed to deliver the Service or where the law requires.

7. Ownership

You keep ownership of your data. The deliverables we prepare for you are yours to use within your business. We keep ownership of our methods, templates and general know-how.

8. Refunds and cancellation

If you want to cancel or ask for a refund, contact us in the client chat before work begins and we will refund the fee in full. Once work has started, refunds are considered case by case, based on the work already done. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profit or lost revenue arising from the Service, and our total liability is limited to the fee you paid.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you buy applies to your purchase.
